By using FootyDesk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Research, not advice

Everything on FootyDesk is general information for research. Nothing is a recommendation to place any bet, a guarantee of any outcome, or financial advice. Historical statistics do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws where you live.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or 21 where your jurisdiction requires, and legally allowed to view gambling-related content. Accounts are for individual use.

Data accuracy

Data comes from third-party sources listed on the Sources page. It may be late, incomplete or wrong, and sources can change or stop. We label freshness and gaps but provide the service “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Third-party data

Third-party data remains subject to its owners' terms. Exports are for your personal research; don't redistribute them commercially. Attribution for each source is listed on the Sources page.

Your content

Notes, watchlists and prices you save are yours. You can export or delete them at any time from your account page. Shared read-only links are off by default and only exist when you turn them on.

Trial and membership

Creating an account does not activate a trial. Explicitly starting premium research grants one seven-day trial without a payment card or automatic charge. All Access is $10 USD per month, recurring until canceled, plus any applicable tax displayed before checkout. Paid billing requires separate confirmation through Stripe. Cancel through the Membership billing portal; access continues through the purchased period. Expiry locks premium actions without deleting saved research. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload or bypass the security or rate limits of the service, access other users' data, or use automated tools to bulk-download the site.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FootyDesk is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, including betting losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do.
